Shipping & Returns
UK - All orders placed before 2pm from Monday to Friday will be next day delivery. In some cases there may be a small delay in the processing of orders, due to security checks or unavoidable circumstances.
Europe - Delivery within 2-3 days to anywhere in the European community countries for a flat rate of £20.00. This applies to all orders taken before 1pm from Monday to Friday. In some cases there may be a small delay in the processing of orders, due to security checks or unavoidable circumstances.
Rest of the world- Delivery within 5-7 days to any international location for a flat rate of £30.00. Please note that the customer will be responsible for any import duty taxes in the country destination. And please be aware that there might be a delay in delivery due to any such procedures. Please feel free to e-mail us if you wish to provide us with any additional shipping instructions. The VAT will be automatically deducted from your order when you buy online this applies only to countries outside the European Community.
We will of course try to deliver your order as fast as possible and within the given delivery window once the order has been dispatched. However, please note that we are not responsible for any delays caused by the courier or by destination customs clearance processes.
We require a signature for any goods delivered. Once given, responsibility for your purchase will pass to you. If there is a recipient who is not you but who signs on your behalf, you accept that this signature is evidence of delivery and fulfilment by us and that responsibility passes to you.
When returning your item, please make sure you clearly mark the package 'RETURNED GOODS' and please include the original invoice as this will ensure a fast clearance through Customs. Failing to do so will incur charges which will be the customer will need to pay.
Return - If you would like to return an item, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order so that we can issue you with a return authorization code (RAC), for a refund of the value of the item only, or an exchange for the same item in a different size, based on stock availability. We can only issue refunds or exchanges within 7 days of receipt. Once you have received the RAC send all the returns to Tea Cup 13 Heath Street Hampstead London NW3 6TP. The product you return must be in unworn condition with all the original packaging and garment tags still attached. We don't accept any item with any indication that it was used. In such cases, the item will be returned to the purchaser. It is advisable to return items by: registered post/DHL/TNT/UPS, and please keep your proof of postage certificate or airway bill as we cannot be responsible for goods lost or damaged in transit. Please note that returns costs are the customer's responsibility and will be reimbursed by us only in the case of damaged, faulty and wrong shipped goods.
Refund -Your refund will either be credited to the original purchaser's credit card or PayPal Account and will include shipping costs for faulty or wrongly shipped items. If your order has been sent to a destination within the EU, all sales taxes will be refunded. Outside the EU, customs duties and sales taxes are non-refundable through TeaCup Boutique. However, you may be able to recover these by contacting your local customs bureau directly. As this may not be available for all countries, we recommend that you hire a customs broker if you wish to claim back duties on returned merchandise. Please note card refunds may take up to 10 business days for your bank to complete, depending on their processing time. This can vary greatly between card issuers, and unfortunately we are unable to influence this.
Late Returns - An RAC number should be requested within 48 hours of receiving your order. You should then return your item(s) within 7 days of receiving this number.
Returns outside these timeframes may be accepted at the discretion of TeaCup boutique and may only be refunded as a store credit.
Shoes - All shoes must be tried on a carpeted surface until you are certain you are keeping them. Shoes should be returned unmarked and in their original, undamaged shoe box as this is considered part of the product. Shoes that are returned without a box, in a damaged box or with marked soles may not be accepted, and may be sent back to the customer.
Lingerie & Underwear - Briefs, swimming costumes and bikini bottoms should be tried on over underwear, without removing the protective adhesive strip. Returns may not be accepted if this strip has been removed or if items are soiled, and may be sent back to the customer.
